Swim Tests

Swim tests are important for finding out where you are at training wise and what pace you should be doing specific workouts in. By doing a swim test every 6-8 weeks, you can measure improvement and adjust workouts so you continue to improve. There are 2 tests listed. Experienced swimmers should do test 1 while beginners should do test 2.
